Unicaf University Graduation Ceremony 2026

We are delighted to announce the Unicaf University Graduation 2026, Zambia!

We are looking forward to sharing this special moment with you!

Graduation Day:

• Date: Friday , 16^th of October
• Time: 8:00 AM
  * All graduates must arrive at the venue no later than 7:00 AM
• Venue: Unicaf University Campus, Plot 193 Kasangula Road, Roma Park, Lusaka, Zambia

Rehearsal Day:

• Date: Thursday, 15^th of October
• Time: 10:00 AM
• Venue: Unicaf University Campus, Plot 193 Kasangula Road, Roma Park, Lusaka, Zambia

*In order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony, all graduates must attend the dress rehearsal.

Registration and Payment:

To register and secure your place at the graduation ceremony, please proceed with the payment for your graduation attire by the 1^st of October 2026. *

Graduation Attire **

* If you wish to pay for your gown (purchase or hire) in local currency, the amount will be calculated using the current month’s exchange rate applied to tuition fee payments.

** Graduation attire includes a gown, hood, stole, and academic cap.

To proceed with the ordering of your graduation attire, you need to make sure that you have sufficient balance in your account.

To check your balance, go to the “Finance” section of your UniSIS account and click “Make Payment” to confirm it covers the required purchase amount. Upon confirming the availability of funds in your account, follow the steps below to complete your registration: 

1. Access your UniSIS account and navigate to Product Selection.
   (“Help” → “Product/Services” → “Product Selection”)
2. Choose “UUZM Graduation Ceremony Graduation Attire.”
3. Ensure you receive a confirmation email verifying your registration. This email is required for entry to the rehearsal and ceremony. *

*If you do not receive it within 3-4 working days, contact graduation@zambia.unicaf.org. Note that access to the ceremony requires this confirmation email.

Notes:

• We will not be accepting cash payments at our offices.
• The fee for graduation attire is non-refundable.
• Graduation attire will be distributed during the rehearsal.
• All graduates renting a gown are required to provide their passport or national ID card as a security deposit. These documents will be returned upon the return of the gown after the ceremony.
• Guest Invitations: Each graduate can invite up to two (2) guests.

Certificate Information:

Attendance at the ceremony constitutes consent for audio-visual material to be used in Unicaf and Unicaf University promotional activities
